Our company was established in 1995 as a joint German-Turkish company between ''M.ALİ ERSOY'' and ''INTRAHA REEDEREI-KONTOR-GmbH / GERMANY''
At Present M.ALİ ERSOY is the managing owner of the company.
We are working with a large network of agents on all continents all over the world and Turkey.
Our company concentrates on maritime-, air- and land- transports. Mostly in sense of project logistics our company gained great experience on 'site to site' services and carries on its development.
Intramar Shipping and Forwarding Limited recognizes the importance of protecting the Health , the Safety and the Environment during its operations. Therefore , it is company's intention to pro-actively work with ; employees , clients , contractors , public and governmental agencies in order to achieve the highest possible standards of Health, Safety and Environmental protection.
As defined in corporate Health , Safety and Environment Policy , the objectives to which the company assigns the greatest importance are :
- The prevention of exposure to risk in all areas of its operations on the basis that all accidents are preventable ;
- Compliance with relevant Legislation , Codes , Guidelines and Standards provided by International Organisations (IMO , ISO , etc) , as well as the application of more stringent standards where the company considers it appropriate;
- The protection of the health of its employees and of those who may be affected by it's operations ;
- The protection of company's and third parties property from possible damages ;
- The prevention of damage to the environment which could be caused by its operations ;
- The attainment of International Safety Management (ISM) Code Certifications.
